Alloggiati Web Italy

The Alloggiati Web Report is a mandatory identity registration system required by the Italian State Police (Polizia di Stato). Accommodation providers in Italy must use this system to transmit the details of all arriving guests within 24 hours of their arrival for public security and anti-terrorism purposes.

1. Report Overview

Once activated, the system filters reservations arriving on the current date that have a valid status (Pending, Confirmed, Checked-in, etc.). It performs automated data checks to ensure that the primary guest and all co-travelers have complete identity profiles. If essential data such as birth details or nationality is missing, an error flag will be generated to warn staff before the official submission to the Italian police portal.

2. Required Database Fields

Activating the Alloggiati Web report triggers the creation and monitoring of specific guest identity fields. These fields align with the exact data structure required by the Italian authorities.

Contact Fields (Guest Data)

Birth Local Authority	fld_contacts.tx_birth_local_authority / .tx_birth_local_authority_code	Province of birth (crucial for Italian citizens).
Document Type & Number	fld_contacts.document_type / .document_number	Identity document details (e.g., Passport, ID Card).
ID Issue Location	fld_contacts.tx_id_issue_location	The municipality or authority that issued the ID. If doc issued in Italy than name of the Comune and name of the Provice. For foreign the name of the Country.
Document Expiry date	da_id_expiry_date	Date of expiry for the document
Arrival date	fld_reservations.from_date	Date of arrival
Departure date	fld_reservations.till_date	Date of departure
Number of nights	fld_reservations.interval	Number of nights in the camping/hotel

3. Setup Instructions (Action Required)

To ensure guests provide this required data prior to check-in, you must add these fields to your form settings.

Navigate to Settings > Form Setup.
Select the Online Booking or Guest Page tab.
Add the following fields to the visible fields list:

4. Troubleshooting

If the hourly validation finds missing data, errors will be listed under the Reservation Contact Overview.

Error Message	Meaning	Fix
Gender / Birthday is missing.	Basic demographic data is missing from the profile.	Update the guest's contact record.
First name / Last name is missing.	The guest's legal name is incomplete.	Fill in the missing name fields.
Country is missing.	Country of residence has not been provided.	Select the country from the dropdown.
Nationality is missing.	The guest's citizenship has not been recorded.	Set the nationality field in the contact profile.
